Integrations
How to connect and use integrations across the Scout platform.
Overview
Integrations supply tools to Scout Agents and Workflows. Here are some examples:
- Connecting to Slack provides access to Slack blocks that allow your workflows to react to Slack Messages and even send messages.
- Connecting to Gmail provides your Agent with tools to read and write emails.
- Alternatively, connect Google Drive or Notion to sync data to a Scout Collection which is available to both Workflows and Agents.
